Occupational Health & Wellbeing – GDPR Clinician

Location : Headquarters

Salary : £28,914 – £35,772

Contract : Fixed Term (15 hours per week, 12-month contract)

Safeguard sensitive health data and lead clinical governance in Occupational Health & Wellbeing

Join our Occupational Health & Wellbeing team as a GDPR Clinician , where you will provide expert oversight and assurance across all data-handling practices.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure that sensitive health information is managed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and established confidentiality standards. Drawing on your clinical background and knowledge of data governance, you will guide decisions relating to record retention and destruction, balancing operational needs with the protection of individual rights.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the clinical subject matter expert for GDPR and data privacy.
  • Providing advice to clinicians, managers and HR on lawful and appropriate data sharing.
  • Ensuring all health records, assessments and reports are stored, processed and shared in line with UK GDPR, ICO guidance and relevant healthcare standards.
