Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an Occupational Health Technician – Peripatetic based in Huddersfield. You will travel to client sites in a Mobile Medical Unit, delivering health surveillance services across industries and supporting employees’ well-being.
No prior Occupational Health experience is required; full training will be provided through a 3-week induction, followed by mentoring. You will work with the team to perform baseline assessments and record results while maintaining equipment.

Salary: £26,000–£27,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Travel: Regional travel with regular overnight stays
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Occupational Health Technicians to join a growing peripatetic team. This is a varied role where you’ll travel to client sites in a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), delivering health surveillance services to employees across a range of industries.
You don’t need previous Occupational Health experience. Full training will be provided through a 3-week training and induction programme, followed by ongoing mentoring and support.

Driving & Travel Requirements
A full UK manual driving licence is essential. You must have held your licence for at least 12 months and be 21 or over.
You will be required to provide a driving licence share code.
The role involves significant travel, including regular overnight stays. You should be comfortable being away from home for approximately 3 weeks out of every 4, with weekends at home.
You must also have suitable facilities to park the Mobile Medical Unit at or near your home.
During the initial period of employment, you may need to use your own vehicle or a company hire car until your company van is available.
