Occupational Health Technician - Slough/Reading

£24,000 - £27,000 | Full-time, Permanent
Regular UK travel with overnight stays

Are you looking for a hands‑on role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an Occupational Health Technician to join a leading national provider, working with clients across Slough, Reading, and beyond. This position is well‑suited to someone from a clinical or fitness background such as a Paramedic, Emergency Care Assistant, First Responder, Personal Trainer, or Sports Science graduate.

You’ll be part of a friendly, professional occupational health team, visiting different client sites and supporting a range of organisations. Full training is provided, including a structured three‑week induction to help you build confidence in all aspects of the role.

The Role
  • Carry out health screenings including audiometry, spirometry (lung function) and baseline health assessments
  • Work on‑site at various client locations across Slough, Reading, and other areas of the UK
  • Promote health and wellbeing in the workplace and support clients with their occupational health needs
You’ll Need
  • A background in health, fitness, or a related field
  • A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months; minimum age 21)
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required
  • A practical, organised approach and the ability to communicate well with others
