Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment are working with an established in-house client to recruit an Occupational Health Technician for a single-site Crewe role, 3 days per week on a permanent basis.

You will join a UK-wide occupational health team, visiting departments, conducting pre-employment and fit-to-work medicals, and handling drug and alcohol testing while building relationships with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Occupational Health experience required.
• Experience with pre-employment and fit-to-work medicals preferred.
• Experience in drug and alcohol testing is advantageous.

Greys Specialist Recruitment are working with an established in‑house client, who are expanding their occupational health team.

Occupational Health Technicians will be single site based.

Working as part of a national Occupational Health team, the Occupational Health Technician will be an integral part of a pro‑active occupational health team.

Day‑to‑day the Occupational Health Technician will do:

• Pre-Employment Medicals
• Fit to Work Medicals
• Drug & Alcohol Testing
• Build relationships with managers, employees and all parts of the business

The role will also include:

• Visiting different departments of the business to see how people work
• Being a team player within a UK wide team
• Pro‑active occupational health
• Constantly learning about the rail industry

You MUST have a minimum of 12 months Occupational Health experience.
