Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK is recruiting Occupational Health Physicians to join our corporate caseloads across London and the Home Counties. This role offers hybrid working, with both office-based and remote elements, and options for full-time or part-time arrangements.

You will provide expert clinical guidance to major corporate clients, manage occupational health cases, and deliver reports and audits that support proactive workforce health and absence management.

Qualifications

  • Primary Medical Degree (MBBS) and GMC registration.
  • Qualified Occupational Health clinician with Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed).
  • Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM).
  • Excellent IT skills, including telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of proactive engagement with corporate clients and HR teams.
  • Act as a primary contact and trusted advisor for client organisations.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management.
  • Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations.
  • Manage occupational health cases with triage and follow-up clinical appointments.
  • Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk and measurable benefits.
  • Contribute to peer review, audits and quality assurance with multidisciplinary teams.
