Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a national industry leader that is expanding its Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor looking for a stable, in-house role within a supportive and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health
  • Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance
  • Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace
  • Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters
  • Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Additional Aspects of the Role
  • Visit different departments within the business to support employees on-site
  • Work as part of a friendly, UK-wide Occupational Health team
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
  • Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health)
  • Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
