Occupational Health Nurse – Permanent, Full-time or Part-time

OH Medical is recruiting an Occupational Health Nurse for a dynamic OH provider in Cardiff. You’ll support employee health and wellbeing through health surveillance, fitness‑for‑work assessments, case management, and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll also advise employees and managers, contribute to risk assessments, and work alongside OH physicians to create safe, healthy workplaces. With flexible working and occasional travel between client sites across Cardiff and South Wales to deliver comprehensive OH services. Salary: £35,000 – £48,000 per year

What we’re looking forin an Occupational Health Advisor:
  • Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Recognised Occupational Health qualification (SCPHN-OH, Diploma or Degree)
  • Experience in Occupational Health or workplace health services
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills

Working hours:
