Responsibilities

  • Manage cases and health surveillance.
  • Educate the team on proactive wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on attendance and fitness for work.
  • Guide on relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Manage referrals and health surveillance escalations.
  • Complete pre-placement questionnaires.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to improve service.

Role
  • Case management to health surveillance
  • Provide assistance with proactive wellbeing initiatives educating the team
  • Delivering expert advice on attendance, fitness for work, and occupational health matters
  • Offering guidance on relevant legislation and best practice
  • Triage of referrals and management of health surveillance escalations
  • Completing pre-placement questionnaires and travel health advice where required
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to continuous improvement across the service

  • Self motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently as well as within a team
