LGBT Jobs is seeking a proactive Occupational Health Advisor to lead the on-site health and wellbeing service in Stoke-on-Trent. You will partner with HR and Operations to protect employee health, shape wellness initiatives, and influence the workplace culture.

The role requires an RGN with Occupational Health experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to analyse data and report on health trends. A supportive, inclusive environment is offered with a focus on wellbeing.
