Job description

OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a market-leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing provider, on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is homebased with travel 1–2 days per week to conduct face-to-face clinics between Dundee and Glenrothes. You’ll deliver a mix of health surveillance, immunisations, and case management across a diverse client base, including the blue light sector.

Duties

• Deliver health surveillance, immunisations, and case management.
• Undertake workplace assessments and report on potential health risks.
• Conduct pre-employment and fitness-for-work screenings.
• Provide professional OH advice on both physical and mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with company and professional standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of occupational healthcare and confidentiality.

Criteria

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• Experience in health surveillance and immunisations desirable (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 days per week between Dundee and Glenrothes.
• Right to live and work in the UK is required for this role.
