We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established organisation for an Occupational Health Advisor to join their dynamic and friendly Occupational Health service based in Welwyn Garden City. What you’ll be doing :

The primary focus of this role is case management, but you’ll also be involved in delivering a broad range of Occupational Health services, including :

• Complex case management and report writing (4 Cases Per Day)
• Sickness absence and return‑to‑work assessments
• Health surveillance and fitness‑for‑work assessments
• Providing expert health advice to managers and employees

What we’re looking for :

• NMC‑registered nurse with relevant Occupational Health qualifications (e.g., Diploma / Degree in OH)
• Strong case management experience
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
