Occupational Health Advisor Part-Time | Home‑Based

Permanent • Up to £50,000 pro rata • 3 Days Per Week

Are you a qualified and passionate Occupational Health Advisor looking for a flexible, part‑time opportunity? Join a forward‑thinking Occupational Health team dedicated to promoting workplace wellbeing and ensuring employees receive the highest standard of care.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver remote case management consultations – 3 to 5 cases per day (management referrals, health surveillance reviews)
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and professional standards.
About You

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1).
  • Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse – Occupational Health (NMC Part 3).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Reliable, organised, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Eligible for DBS clearance.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience managing or supervising clinical teams.
  • Familiarity with occupational health management systems (e.g., eOPAS).
  • Understanding of SEQOHS standards and audit processes.
  • Experience in workplace health promotion or wellbeing programmes.

This is a remote Occupational Health Advisor role; however, there is a requirement to visit head office in Surrey twice a year.
