A leading Occupational Health provider is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to cover clinics across various locations in the UK. The role involves conducting health surveillance, fitness to work screenings, and managing case referrals. Ideal candidates are Registered General Nurses with experience and a current NMC registration. This position offers competitive salary, benefits, and a strong training program.
Location: Lincoln/Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time or Part Time 30-37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday 0830-1630

The role will require you to cover clinics three times per month across Halifax, Boston and Lincoln to carry out full OH remit duties including health surveillance, fitness to work screening and safety critical assessments. You will also be completing case management referrals (8 X 45 minutes) when working remotely for the remainder of your working days unless there is an additional need to cover face to face clinics.
