A leading health organization in the UK is seeking an Occupational Administrator to join their team. The role involves providing general administration support for occupational health services, including booking appointments and managing communications. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills along with IT proficiency. This is a busy position requiring the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a supportive role for staff and clients alike.
The Occupational Administrator role will form part of the North West London Occupational Health Shared Service team, helping to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of staff. The post holder will be a member of the Occupational Health Administration team providing general administration duties to enable the Operational Team to provide a full range of occupational health services. Duties will include booking appointments and answering telephone and reception support. It is a busy department and the post holder must be prepared to multi‑task with frequent interruptions. The post will be supervised and the post holder will be required to work as part of a support team assisting other administrative staff. Please note our sites and the expectation that you may be required to support any site in the shared service based on service needs.
All interviews will be held on Wednesday 14th January 2026 in person.

The North West London Occupational Health Shared Service (NWL OH SS) is hosted by Central and North West London Foundation Trust (CNWL) and is made up of a team of experienced occupational health doctors and nurses, supported by administrators. The majority hold specialist qualifications and many have over 20 years' experience in occupational health. The service has a strong commercial customer base providing first class professional Occupational Health Services to other NHS organisations as well as small / medium size enterprises (SME). One of the main objectives for the service over the next five years is to consolidate the shared service across NWL and where appropriate continue to expand upon its commercial interests across London and adjoining counties. This is reflected in the job plan. The Occupational Health Service operates in line with the principles laid down in the NHS Employers "Your occupational health service" guidance October 2019 and the most recently updated SEQOHS standards April 2023.
