Job summary

Day Webster are recruiting a Band 8a - Obstetrics sonographers for a hospital in Bedfordshire. The role is full-time with an ASAP start; core hours 8:00-16:30 with a 30/60 min unpaid lunch, plus optional evenings on Tuesdays.

You will perform obstetric scans across all trimesters, including multiple pregnancies, plus gynaecology (EPC). CRIS reporting is required and induction is provided, with involvement in student training.

Qualifications

• NHS e-Learning for Health FASP modules completed.
• Up-to-date DQASS audit (green flagged).
• All scans in line with FASP & RCR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Obstetric scans across 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters including multiple pregnancies.
• Gynaecology scans including EPC.
• Training and supervision of students; adhere to CRIS reporting protocols.

Rate of pay: £55 - £60 Weekdays

Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 8a - Sonographers X2 - with Obs ultrasound scanning experience for a hospital based in Bedfordshire,

Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start ASAP, Ongoing. The shift pattern would be full time hours, although the service would consider other suitable work patterns for the right candidate.

What you need - Role requirements

Role Details:

• Obstetrics: 1st, 2nd & 3rd trimester (including multiple pregnancies)
• Gynaecology, including EPC
• Reporting via CRIS (protocols provided)
• Induction provided
• Involvement in student training required
