The Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will provide ST1-2 level staffing, participate in ward rounds with Consultants and other training doctors, and be responsible to the supervising consultant. Responsabilités

• provide ST1/2 level staffing for the department
• attend ward rounds with Consultants, Specialty Doctors and other Training Doctors
• work under supervision of and be responsible to the supervising consultant or on-call consultant
• support educational development of junior team members
• care for inpatients admitted under your supervising consultant
• ensure learning from incidents and complaints is cascaded within the junior doctor team
• identify issues with ward-based care pathways and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• coordinate ward-based duties amongst clinical team to protect time for educational opportunities
