Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Trust Doctor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (C/ST3 - ST5) based in Exeter. The role includes on-call duties, teaching medical students and trainees, and contributing to departmental audits and governance processes.

The post is fixed-term, with 40-hour full-time contracts, and potential extensions based on rotational posts. Applicants must have UK ST3+ experience and may pursue CESR for CCT.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience at ST3 level or above in the UK.
• Eligible for CESR route to CCT.
• Willingness to take on on-call duties and teaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
• Engage in audit and governance activities within the department.
• Provide obstetrics and benign gynaecology clinical services and on-call cover as required.
• Support the gynaecology cancer centre services and specialised clinics.
