Role Summary
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We\'re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our OAD Execution Lending team.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will undertake the operational validation and quality control of loan products across the bank's commercial lending portfolio. You will ensure that all loan documentation, structures, and processes meet internal standards and are booked accurately in our lending systems. This role demands a high level of expertise in loan documentation, local and head office procedures, and process improvement, with a strong focus on training and driving continuous improvement.
You will have a minimum of 5 years commercial banking experience and in-depth knowledge of lending products.
