Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting a Nutrition Strategy & Communications Manager on a 12-month contract based in Birmingham, with hybrid working. The role leads nutrition messaging and regulatory alignment for a leading global food brand, collaborating with brand, regulatory, insights and legal teams.

The candidate will translate scientific knowledge into credible messaging, support health communications, and contribute to employee nutrition education initiatives for a fast-paced, international portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years in the food industry with nutrition expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Autonomous work style with cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the UK regulatory environment around food, HFSS.
• Track external landscape and advise internal stakeholders.
• Develop nutrition messaging for brands with cross-functional teams.
• Provide nutrition support for packaging, advertising, websites and materials.
• Support scientific materials for professionals and consumers; influencer outreach.
• Support internal nutrition education programmes for employees.
