You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assisting with communication, social development, and emotional regulation while collaborating with teachers and the wider school team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs and understands the importance of building trust, creating strong relationships and providing consistent support.
The successful candidate will support pupils who may have autism, severe learning difficulties, communication needs, SEMH needs and complex behavioural needs.
You will play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and able to engage with their education.
We are looking for someone who is naturally caring, patient and nurturing and who genuinely wants to make a difference. Previous SEN experience would be highly desirable, particularly experience supporting children with complex or severe additional needs.
