Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS/WTS.
• Experience in EYFS; Nursery experience desirable.
• Warm, nurturing and passionate about early years education.
• Committed to inclusive practice and children's wellbeing.
• Strong team player who collaborates with staff and colleagues.
• Happy to work within the Jewish ethos and traditions of the school.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS learning.
• Create stimulating indoor and outdoor continuous provision.
• Support children's communication, language, literacy, mathematics, physical and personal development.
• Use observation and assessment to identify children's needs and next steps.
• Adapt provision to support children with SEND, working with the SENCO.
• Establish a warm, nurturing environment with high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Work collaboratively with Nursery staff, teaching assistants and wider school colleagues.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, health and safety.
• Contribute positively to the wider life and development of the school.
