Haywards Farm School is seeking a dedicated Nurture Teacher to deliver a mainstream curriculum within a nurturing and therapeutic setting. You will support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, creating a safe, engaging environment where children thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The role emphasizes small-group instruction, collaboration with therapists and a trauma-informed approach, all within a 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday pattern and term-time plus inset days.
