Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to bring frontline clinical nursing expertise to AI training projects. This fully remote hourly contract lets you contribute to healthcare AI without bedside duties.

You will review AI outputs, evaluate documentation flows in care settings, and provide structured feedback. Nurses with clinical informatics exposure or strong documentation skills are encouraged to apply, with flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.

Qualifications

• RN with hands-on clinical experience.
• Familiar with clinical informatics and health IT workflows.
• Able to critically evaluate clinical content for accuracy.
• Strong written communicator with clear feedback.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently on tasks.
• No prior AI experience required; clinical expertise matters.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Assess AI understanding of clinical documentation and informatics.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs.
• Translate nursing expertise into structured feedback.
• Annotate, rate, and refine AI outputs with guidelines.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
