Nursing Home Manager – Brockenhurst

Salary: Circa £68,000 per annum + generous bonus scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week, including some weekends and occasional night duties
Additional: Shared on-call responsibilities with the management team

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager to lead a welcoming care home in Brockenhurst. You’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team

  • Ensure CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage budgets and maintain strong financial performance

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals

  • Promote the home within the local community and support marketing initiatives

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven leader to make a lasting difference and guide the home towards an ‘Outstanding’ rating.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within health or social care

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

  • Level 5 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

  • Business insurance (essential for travel during work hours)

A nursing qualification (NMC-registered) is desirable but not essential — you’ll be supported by an experienced Clinical Lead.
