A leading care organization in Brockenhurst is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee operations and ensure high standards of care. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, knowledge of CQC regulations, and a passion for person-centred care. This role offers a competitive salary of around £68,000, annual bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
Salary: Circa £68,000 per annum + generous bonus scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week, including some weekends and occasional night duties
Additional: Shared on-call responsibilities with the management team
We’re seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager to lead a welcoming care home in Brockenhurst. You’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team
Ensure CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement
Manage budgets and maintain strong financial performance
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Promote the home within the local community and support marketing initiatives

We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within health or social care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Level 5 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Business insurance (essential for travel during work hours)
A nursing qualification (NMC-registered) is desirable but not essential — you’ll be supported by an experienced Clinical Lead.
