Hoop Nursing are seeking an exceptional Clinical Nursing Home Manager to lead a dedicated and passionate nurse and care team with the delivery of continuous first–class care. This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic, forward‑thinking leader with a proven record of achieving outstanding results in both clinical practice and service management.

As the Registered Manager, you will take full operational and clinical responsibility for the home, ensuring all residents receive person‑centred, market leading care. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to maintain the highest of standards whilst driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

Essential
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
  • Must have the Level 5 in Management
  • Must have experience in managing a large‑bedded nursing service
  • Must have experience in managing a large nurse and care team
  • Must have extensive knowledge and experience of dementia and general nursing care
  • Must have exceptional clinical operational background
  • Must be able to evidence recent CIW reports rated GOOD and above
