£UP TO 75K BASE SALARY + BONUS – GOOD RATED AND WELL ESTABLISHED CARE AND NURSING HOME

Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across England.

This provider is seeking a Home Manager for a well-established, purpose-built and Good rated care and nursing home in the New Forest area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
  • Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
  • Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
  • Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience of leading nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification and ideally nurse qualified though not essential.
  • Effective communication and IT skills.
  • Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
