Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, 30+ bed service rated good by the CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Reference: TE66097

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of home management, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and commercial performance.
  • Receive support from a dedicated Regional Manager who covers just two sites, offering guidance and operational support.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience within a clinical setting, such as a private hospital, rehabilitation unit, or care home. You do not need to be a nurse.
  • Professionals such as experienced Physiotherapists with CQC exposure are welcome to apply. Experience in rehabilitation services is highly desirable, though not essential.
  • Track record of stability, strong leadership, and the ability to build relationships that attract private clients.
  • Experience in growing occupancy and enhancing reputation within a care or healthcare environment. Willingness for long-term commitment and pride in creating a thriving, consistent care service.
