Purosearch Ltd is seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager for a 38-bed dementia-focused home in Chard, Somerset. You will lead the home’s people, culture and performance, shaping a service where residents live well and families feel confident.

We’re looking for a nurse registered manager local to Chard with a proven track record of GOOD CQC reports, strong dementia expertise and a values-led leadership style that motivates teams and delivers outstanding care.

Qualifications

• NMC PIN valid and in good standing.
• Proven experience as Nursing Home Manager.
• History of GOOD CQC regulatory outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements.
• Visible, values-led leadership that motivates teams.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of people with dementia.
• Confidence and resilience to drive a high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person-centred practice.

We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a Somerset Nursing home owned by a developing care provider.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
