Are you an experienced Deputy Manager with a passion for outstanding care and team leadership? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of our high-quality nursing home in Petersfield, Hampshire.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person‑centred care. You’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and help maintain the highest standards of compliance and safety.
