Job summary

Compass Associates are working with a highly respected provider of elderly care to recruit a Nursing & Care Lead for an elderly nursing home in Worthing. The role requires an active NMC pin and at least 3 years of nursing experience, including leadership in dementia care environments.

You will lead nursing and care teams, drive high standards of clinical care, governance and CQC compliance, and support staff development in a values‑led setting focused on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Active NMC pin required.
• Minimum 3 years' nursing experience.
• Experience in elderly care, including dementia.
• Strong leadership and governance awareness.
