Riverside Surgery in High Wycombe is seeking a Nursing Associate to join our busy GP practice. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient care and support our clinical nurses.
The role requires a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree, UK registration, and experience in general practice. Hours are flexible and negotiable to fit practice needs and patient care.
We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a passionate, forward thinking Nursing Associate to join our Nursing Team and work alongside our multidisciplinary workforce at Riverside Surgery. We are a busy practice serving a diverse range of patients (11,700 approx) in the centre of High Wycombe.

Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and ensure high quality care is given as well as provide a high standard of general nursing care to all patients, ensuring that they are treated with dignity and respect while promoting a safe environment.

We are a large, friendly GP training Practice based near the town centre of High Wycombe. The surgery was purpose built in 1991 and we offer a large range of services. We have over 11,700 registered patients of all ages. We have a diverse population group of varying ethnicity. Our list is open and we welcome new patients living in the area.
We have a large clinical team (4 Partners, 4 salaried GPs, 2 Nurse Specialists, two nursing associates and a paramedic). We have a strong admin/non-clinical team who provide excellent support alongside. This job opportunity has arisen following a re-organisation of the clinical nurse team and retirement of a colleague.
We are looking for a nursing associate, preferably who has completed the GPN course, and worked in general practice. The hours and days are flexible / subject to negotiation.
