Job summary

St Clare Hospice in West Essex provides specialist palliative care and is seeking a Nursing Associate to join our 8 bedded inpatient unit. You will work with Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care at the end of life.

We value a proactive, compassionate approach and offer strong development support, NHS pension transfer, and on-site facilities. This role is based within our friendly multidisciplinary team and is ideal for someone committed to palliative care.

Qualifications

• You must be on the NMC register with a Foundation Degree.
• Join 8 bedded inpatient unit to deliver high quality palliative and end-of-life care.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard palliative and end-of-life care in collaboration with Registered Nurses.
• Support patients and families in the inpatient unit.
• Contribute to the development and learning opportunities within the team.

St Clare Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders. St Clare Hospice have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Nursing Associate to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, pro‑active and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our 8 bedded inpatient Unit. You will need to be on the NMC register with a Foundation Degree. You will be working in partnership with our Registered Nurses to provide the highest possible standard in palliative and end of life care.
