Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a motivated Band 4 Nursing Associate in Dunstable. The role involves working within the community nursing team, focusing on high-quality patient care delivery. Candidates should hold an NMC Registered Nursing Associate qualification and demonstrate effective communication and care planning skills. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to work within our Dunstable Primary Home Care Team. You will be based in Dunstable, however there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting, with the possibility of being supported to complete your Nursing qualification. You will have the opportunity to be involved in facilitating self-care for patients with long term conditions, health promotion and innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.

Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

You must have a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to carry out your duties.

You will be required to work a shift pattern covering 7 days a week from 08:00-21:00.

Education/Qualification
  • NMC Registered Nursing Associate
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent.
