A prominent healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Band 4 Nursing Associate in Dunstable. In this role, you will develop your skills in a supportive community team dedicated to high-quality patient care. The position involves facilitating self-care and working on various health promotion projects. Applicants should have a valid driving license and be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Salary ranges from £27,485 to £30,162 depending on experience.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to work within our Dunstable Primary Home Care Team. You will be based in Dunstable, however there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting, with the possibility of being supported to complete your Nursing qualification. You will have the opportunity to be involved in facilitating self-care for patients with long term conditions, health promotion and innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.

Experience in the field of adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.

You must have a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to carry out your duties.
You will be required to work a shift pattern covering 7 days a week from 08:00-21:00.
