An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 enthusiastic nursing assistants to join us on Willows Ward, specialising in the care of older age adults experiencing mental health conditions including dementia. We provide 24 hour care within our purpose built assessment and therapy unit, working within a multidisciplinary approach that optimises each individual’s recovery.
If you don’t already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification relevant to your role. As an apprentice you will gain experience, learn work‑related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
We are looking for candidates who already possess a Level 3 qualification or have equivalent experience in a relevant subject. Apprenticeship eligibility is required for those who do not yet have the qualification. A commitment to learning and a passion for providing first‑class care are essential.
