Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate and improve AI systems in clinical and health IT contexts. This remote, hourly contract role leverages RN experience to shape AI understanding of nursing workflows, documentation, and patient care standards.

You will review AI outputs, work independently, and contribute to ongoing AI development with flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with hands-on nursing informatics or health IT experience.
• Familiar with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) and health data standards.
• Strong written communication and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Review how AI represents EHR processes and documentation standards.
• Identify gaps or errors in AI outputs related to clinical data.
• Provide expert feedback to align AI with nursing practice.
• Translate clinical knowledge into actionable evaluations.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
