Job summary

Key Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking Nursery Workers to support a network of well-established nurseries in Croydon with immediate starts available.

Flexible shifts are offered, from 1 day a week up to full-time hours, with highly competitive pay (£16-£20 per hour) and weekly Friday payments. Essential qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare, plus reliability and flexibility for shift-based work.

Job description

Nursery Workers Needed - Flexible Shift Work Available

We're recruiting for Nursery Workers to work across a range of well-established nurseries in the local area, with immediate starts available.

Whether you're looking for 1 day a week or full-time hours (5 days), we can offer work that fits around your schedule and lifestyle.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (essential)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Reliability and flexibility for shift-based work

What you'll get:

• £16 - £20 per hour, (depending on qualification), weekly pay (every Friday by 5PM)
• Flexible shifts, mostly 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, (depending on your availability)
• Ongoing work with a trusted network of nurseries who we have a great relationship with
