Job summary

Key Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking qualified Nursery Workers and Nursery Assistants to join a variety of welcoming nurseries across the UK. Flexible shifts fit around your schedule, with options from one day a week to full-time five days. Shifts run 8:30am–5:30pm, with pay tailored to qualifications and regular weekly work.

You’ll have ongoing opportunities across different nurseries, supported by a dedicated recruitment consultant and the chance to secure long-term or permanent positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification - essential.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.

Looking for flexible nursery work that fits around your schedule?

Key Education Recruitment is currently recruiting qualified Nursery Workers and Nursery Assistants to work across a range of well-established and welcoming nurseries.

With regular shifts available every week, you can choose how often you work — whether that’s one day a week, a few days, or full‑time, 5‑day‑a‑week work.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification - essential
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic
• Available for nursery shifts between 8:30am-5:30pm

What we offer:

• £17-£20 per hour, depending on your qualification
• Weekly pay - every Friday by 5pm
