Job summary

Bright Little Stars Nursery in Barnet offers an Early Years Apprenticeship. Earn while you learn with 30 hours per week, 9am–3:30pm (Year 1) and option for 40 hours on rotating shifts.

Training leads to Level 2 or 3 qualifications with 1-to-1 coaching and clear progression to leadership roles. You'll support children through play, develop routines, and engage families, while benefiting from funded qualifications, staff lunches, and birthday off.

Introduction

Start your career at Bright Little Stars Nursery! As an Apprentice, you'll earn while gaining hands‑on experience in our nurturing Barnet setting. Receive 1-to-1 coaching and fully funded Level 2 or 3 qualifications through Connect2EarlyYears, with hot staff lunches, your birthday off, and clear progression to Room Leader and management.

Training Outcome

Apprentice → Deputy Room Leader → Room Leader → Relief Deputy Manager → Deputy Manager → Nursery Manager.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, set shifts 9am–3:30pm in Year 1). Option to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts between 8am–5pm and 9am–6pm.
