Bright Little Stars Nursery in Barnet offers an Early Years Apprenticeship. Earn while you learn with 30 hours per week, 9am–3:30pm (Year 1) and option for 40 hours on rotating shifts.
Training leads to Level 2 or 3 qualifications with 1-to-1 coaching and clear progression to leadership roles. You'll support children through play, develop routines, and engage families, while benefiting from funded qualifications, staff lunches, and birthday off.

The first step into the wonderful childcare industry could be an Early Years Apprenticeship. This offers you the chance to gain a nationally recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as well as providing you with hands on experience.
Apprentice → Deputy Room Leader → Room Leader → Relief Deputy Manager → Deputy Manager → Nursery Manager.
