A well-established independent nursery school in Merton is seeking a Nursery Teacher to join their team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The role is available for an immediate start and will run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extending the contract,

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that support the developmental needs of children aged 3-5 years.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration, play, and social development.
  • Regularly assess children's progress and development, adjusting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure each child's development is fully supported and nurtured.

  • Ensure the nursery always meets safeguarding and health and safety standards.
