As a vital part of the management team, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support your team through daily guidance, coaching, and role modelling
  • Deliver the EYFS curriculum with flair and impact
  • Promote a fun, inclusive, and safe environment that supports each child's growth
  • Uphold the nursery's vision to be a leading early years provider
  • Work in close partnership with families and fellow professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practices across the setting
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A Level 6 qualification in Early Years or Education (EYTS, EYPS, QTS, PGCE, BA/BSc)
  • Experience working in the early years sector, with a solid understanding of the EYFS
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team (previous management experience desirable)
  • Knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and quality standards
  • A current enhanced DBS check
  • A warm, humorous, and professional approach with genuine passion for working with children
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (on the update service or willingness to apply)
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete training)
  • References available upon request
  • Free, accredited CPD courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
  • Access to a dedicated in-house Training & Development Team
  • Ongoing support from a friendly and experienced recruitment consultant
