Are you passionate about shaping the minds of the next generation? Do you have a genuine love for teaching and nurturing young learners? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Early Careers Teacher at our prestigious nursery in Barnet.

Our nursery is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 3-4 years. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our young learners. This is a 2 form entry church of England primary school looking for a newly qualified teacher to join their EYFS team in September.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote early childhood development.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and independence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the nursery team to plan and organize events and activities.
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized early years teaching qualification (such as EYTS or QTS).
  • Demonstrated experience working with children aged 3-4 years in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work well as part of a team.
