Empowering Learning is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years trust in the Wednesbury area to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher with part SENDCo responsibilities for a January 2026 start. This full-time, long-term role runs until July 2026 and offers a rewarding opportunity to support high-quality early years provision across two vibrant nursery settings.

Staff work closely with families and external professionals to ensure every child—particularly those with additional needs—feels supported, valued, and able to thrive. A strong focus on early development, communication, and play-based learning underpins everything they do.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent Early Years teaching experience (within the last 5 years)
• Have experience or a strong interest in SEND support and inclusive practice
• Show excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
• Be confident working across multiple sites and supporting SEND provision
• Have a SENDCo qualification or experience
