Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's development.
  • Engage children in fun and educational activities, promoting their physical, social, and emotional growth.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
  • Monitor and document children's progress and milestones.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with young children is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in child development and early years education.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare.
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are advantageous.
  • Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
  • First Aid and safeguarding training are a plus, but can be provided.
