Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)

Location: South East London

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Nursery School Teacher, you’ll take an active role in leading learning experiences, supporting children’s development and ensuring every child feels secure, inspired and cared for.

You can expect to

• Deliver engaging, play‑based learning aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create and lead creative activities that challenge and support each child’s development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and act as a key worker.
• Maintain accurate developmental records for your key children.
• Help ensure all safeguarding and welfare policies are followed.
• Support children’s communication skills in both German and English.

• Speak German fluently (or at a very good level).
• Hold a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
• Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting (e.g., as a nursery practitioner or nursery nurse).
• Are passionate about child development, language learning and outdoor play.
• Are comfortable working in a predominantly German‑speaking environment.
• Are enthusiastic, proactive and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
