Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent leadership.
• Ability to build a culture of kindness, transparency and commitment as a leader.
• Experience of leading Ofsted inspections and clear understanding of EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high quality care and education for the children.
• Support large teams in providing high-quality education.
• Manage the nursery's quality of education and care.
