  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Ensure your room is a safe, clean, and engaging environment that reflects our high standards
  • Embed and uphold all policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices in daily operations

  • Passion for early years education and commitment to raising standards
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, can‑do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain high‑quality provision
The N Advantage
  • Competitive salary – £28,205 - £31,491, based on experience and leadership capabilities
  • Up to £1,200 annual performance bonus
  • Flexible working – Choose 4-5 days a week for work‑life balance
  • Up to 35 days holiday - including a personal ‘Me’ day and Christmas closure
  • £100 annual learning fund, plus access to N Academy (level 3, Early Years degrees, Forest School & more)
  • £100 clothing allowance for style freedom!
