  • Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity & growth
  • Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Required Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
  • A passion for fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families
