Overview

We’re opening a new Busy Bees Nursery in Cricklewood! Be part of something amazing. Busy Bees has acquired and is transforming a stunning two‑storey nursery in Cricklewood and this is your chance to be part of something truly special. In October, 110 little learners will be exploring, laughing, and growing in a beautifully refurbished space designed to inspire. We’re looking for passionate Room Leaders to join us in delivering exceptional early years education and giving our children the very best start in life.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
  • A passion for fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families
