Role

As the Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 educators and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in shaping children's early experiences and creating a nurturing and purposeful learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your team in planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities linked to the EYFS and our sequenced curriculum, supporting each child\'s holistic development.
  • Embed the rights-respecting approach in everyday practice, promoting kindness, empathy and respect among children and staff.
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment in collaboration with your team.
  • Take an active role in professional development and support a culture of continuous improvement across the setting.
  • You will be expected to model and uphold the Treehouse HEART Core Behaviour Framework at all times, and your ability to demonstrate this will form a key part of the interview process.
